Sven and Helga Adagio Dancing original poster from 1935. One of a series of posters Sven made to advertise their stage act as adagio dancers in the 1930s. They first performed at Shoreditch Music Hall but. when the tour ended in Portsmouth they looked for a summer season, unsuccessfully,  becoming exhibition dancers in cinemas and in late night cabarets in the West End.
